ORLA's ServSafe® Manager training provides comprehensive instruction for managers to learn essential food safety practices and establish a culture of food safety within their organizations.
This training meets the "Demonstration of Knowledge" and "Person in Charge" requirements of the Oregon Food Code, covering critical principles including protection against foodborne illness, HACCP systems, food safety management protocols, employee training strategies, and more.
Certification is valid statewide for 5 years and satisfies the food handler requirement. Workbooks are available in both English and Spanish.
